The office is located in Moorestown, NJ. We are less than 5 minutes away from Route 295 and Route 38, near the Wegman’s shopping center.
We participate with Medicare only and are considered an out-of-network provider with other major insurance plans. Please call for further information and we can guide you through deductible and submission basics. The office accepts patient payments via cash, check and credit/debit cards. Payment is required at the time of service.
To prepare for your appointment
Please arrive promptly for your appointment, and even a few minutes early if you prefer to use the restroom prior to your session (many patients do). We may reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, because it is difficult to make up that time and we do our utmost to remain on schedule during the day.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing. Jeans and short skirts are discouraged.
We are a scent-free office so please avoid wearing any perfumes/colognes/essential oils or heavily fragranced hair products on the day of your appointment. You may be asked to reschedule if you arrive with noticeable fragrance.
As there is no double-booking done in this office, we require at least 24 hours’ notice in order to cancel an appointment. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice; please note that insurance plans do not pay this charge.
